Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre is a new class format from Stroller Strides which incorporates movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience.

What to bring for class?
  • Water bottle
  • Snacks and Toys for baby
  • A small hand towel to roll up and use for certain exercises
  • Yoga mat or large towel (for floor exercises at end of class)
  • Stroller (it does not need to be a jogging strollers, but the small umbrella strollers are not recommended since they tip over easily).
  • Readiness to get a great workout!
