Spring Break 5 Class Pass $25 • 5 visits • Join us during your time off for Spring Break! Stroller Strides is a full body workout focusing on fitness for you Mama, while keeping those kiddos entertained!
Running Club $59 • 12 visits • 12 week running training, includes 2 weekly at home runs, 1 group run, training guide, and motivational emails. Will end in final run June 28th, 2014 where member will choose distance. Race entry fee not included.
Ten Block Pass $115 • 10 visits • Valid for 10 classes within 6 months. Only $99 for first time clients if purchased at class on their first free class day (Instructor will apply discount).

Stroller Strides Unlimited $55 every month • Unlimited visits • High intensity, total body workout, WITH kiddos in the Stroller! We get in a great workout while entertaining our kids! Get 8 workouts per week with this plan!

6 week Maternity Leave Plan $90 • Unlimited visits for 2 Months • Attend an unlimited number of Stroller Strides classes for 6 weeks. This package is only for moms who are currently on maternity leave and will be returning to work full time when their baby is 3 months old.

Note: To attend Stroller Strides classes you must be 6 weeks post-partum and have been cleared by your doctor to resume exercising.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their children ages 0-5 in the stroller. Boot camp style classes include intervals of cardio and strength training exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage the children, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

  • Toys to entertain baby
  • Yoga mat or large towel (for floor exercises at end of class)
  • Stroller (it does not need to be a jogging strollers, but the small umbrella strollers are not recommended since they tip over easily).
  • Readiness to get a great workout!
