Run Like a Mother! Training
The "Run Like a Mother!" 1/2 Marathon Training Program is designed for first-time, beginner, and novice runners, but all levels of skill are welcome! Together, we will progress from running 3 miles to running a half-marathon, which is an experience you will NEVER forget. Your significant others, your kids, your coach, and your fellow mamas will be by your side as you cross the finish line after 2-1/2 months of hard work. We will meet along the Plum Creek Trail, every Saturday morning 8-9am. Bring your Hubby's, Kiddos in a stroller, water, and a smile! We will run together, but can split off if needed.
